How to make sure you
don't sell below market value
As soon as you even consider selling you home you should have a
Professional agent furnish you with a comparative market analysis.
This will give you a very good idea of how much your home could
sell for. Or, you can have an appraisal on the house even before
you decide to list with us. An appraisal will cost about $350 but
it is the best way to obtain the fair market value. Since the buyer's
lender will require an appraisal anyway, we usually don't recommend
that you pay for it up-front as it is an expense the buyer usually
pays. |
